Culebra sits off the eastern tip of Puerto Rico — small enough to cross in twenty minutes, wild enough to feel like a different world. No casinos, no cruise ships, no chain hotels. What it has is the water — world-famous Playa Flamenco, pristine snorkelling in the Luis Peña marine reserve, sea turtles at Tamarindo, and Punta Soldado a short walk from the residence for morning swims.
The residence is set above Club Seaborne on a private acre, on the peaceful but still convenient side of the island — ten minutes from the airport, fifteen from Flamenco, and a few steps from the dock that runs out into Fulladoza Bay. Bougainvillea, yellow trumpet flowers, and hibiscus fill the garden. The breeze is constant. Sunrises over the bay are extraordinary — different every morning, always glorious.

The sun rises over Fulladoza Bay every morning — among the best sunrises in the Caribbean, no exaggeration. The breeze is constant. At night, the jungle sings — but no coquí frogs to keep you up.

Mornings often begin with a walk to Punta Soldado — a short, calm stretch from the residence to one of the island's quietest beaches. Snorkelling straight off the sand. Almost always empty.
Your included charter takes you out to Culebrita, the Luis Peña marine reserve, and the outer cays — uninhabited islands, tidal pools, sea turtles, and water so clear it barely looks real. The reef has been protected for decades. Sunset charters and dinners at sea can be arranged on request.
Playa Flamenco — one of the world's great beaches — is minutes by jeep. Sea turtles nest at Tamarindo. Carolina, your on-island host, helps arrange whatever fits the day. Culebra has no traffic lights and one main road. Twenty minutes covers the whole island.
