What it has is the water: world-famous Playa Flamenco, pristine snorkelling in the Luis Peña marine reserve, sea turtles, and the calm sheltered waters of Soldier’s Point right below the terrace.
The residence is set above Club Seaborne on half an acre of private land, with views across the bay and beyond. Bougainvillea, yellow trumpet flowers, and hibiscus fill the garden. The sunsets are extraordinary — different every evening, always dramatic.

Culebrita is a short boat charter away — an uninhabited island with tidal pools, nesting sea turtles, and water so clear it barely looks real. The drone shot above is what you arrive to. Soldier's Point is a calm walk from the residence, quiet even in peak season.
The marine reserve is accessible by boat — snorkelling over reef that has been protected for decades. Playa Flamenco — one of the world’s great beaches — is minutes by jeep. Sea turtles nest at nearby Tamarindo Beach, and the marine reserve offers snorkelling over some of the most intact coral in the region.
