You're not visiting. You're living here for a while.
Live beautifully,
wherever you land.
A slow-travel concierge for women who want somewhere safe, chic and healthy to actually live for a while — beautiful stays, serious wellness, real community, memorable evenings, and an intelligent way to decide what comes next.
How do you want to feel?
For women who travel often enough that value matters — and have worked hard enough that they refuse to travel badly.
Beautiful Abroad begins with the Mediterranean and the places I genuinely want to live myself. Slow travel, comfort, wellness, community and smart luxury: save where it does not matter, splurge where it creates a memory.
Build a life here,
not an itinerary.
Google hands you 2,000 listings and lets you gamble. I hand you the twenty that survived my screening — the same standards I've sharpened across hundreds of destinations, applied to the places I'm living now and the ones I'm planning next. Search the way you actually think: “Mallorca Pilates”, “Tangier pharmacy”, “Sicily farm stay”, or “how do I get back to Greece the scenic way?”

How much of the year
is still yours?
Schengen allows 90 days inside any rolling 180. Move your stays out of your Notes app and into here — past trips, current stay, and anything you're planning. It counts entry and exit days the way a border officer does, tells you your balance on any future date, and saves so it's waiting next time.
No stays logged yet. Add the trips you've already taken this year and today's balance becomes real.
Pick a date to see the balance you'd land with.
Saved on this device, and it comes with you when Beautiful Abroad becomes a members' portal. Always check against your own stamps before booking anything tight.
Everything you've kept.
Free to use. Impossible to buy.
You should know what shapes a recommendation before you trust it. So here is what shapes these.
Nothing, and nothing is for sale.
No business can pay to be listed here, pay to rank higher, or pay for a kinder write-up. There is no advertising on this page and there never will be. If somewhere appears, it's because I'd send a friend.
The way I book for myself.
Comfort first, sleep protected, a body you can maintain, and somewhere you can eat alone without it being a thing. Ratings tell you what was true two years ago. This is judgment, applied now, by someone who actually goes.
Checked, dated, and looked at again.
Every entry carries what I checked and when. Seasons shift, teachers leave, neighborhoods change. A place vetted last spring gets revisited — so this gets stronger with time rather than staler.
I don't just find beautiful places. I look for what could ruin them.
Noise, blackout, mattress.
Street reality, thin walls, construction and anything that turns a beautiful apartment into a bad month of sleep.
Damp, mold, ventilation.
Recurring humidity complaints, water damage and musty rooms — read for frequency and recency, not one bad review.
Entrances and the walk home.
Building entry, locks, lighting and whether returning alone at night is genuinely comfortable.
The things you notice by day three.
Hot water, heating and AC, Wi-Fi you can work on, laundry, a lift or stairs with luggage, and a kitchen you'd actually use.
No property is ever called mold-free, bedbug-free or safe. The honest phrasing is “no recurring recent reports found” — with the date I last looked.
I'm building the concierge I wish existed.
I've spent years moving between the Mediterranean, Morocco and the Aegean — a month here, six weeks there. Long enough to learn that the hard part isn't finding somewhere beautiful. It's finding a Reformer class, a physio who can fix your back, a pharmacy that stocks what you need, and a table where nobody looks twice at a woman eating alone.
I built wearable red light therapy in 2015 for the same reason I'm building this: I refuse to leave my routines behind because I changed countries.

Get the destination guides as I finish them.
Each one takes weeks on the ground: the neighborhoods, the studios worth booking, the practitioners, the tables that welcome a woman on her own, and the routes out. Tell me where you're headed and I'll prioritize it.
No schedule, no noise — only when a guide is genuinely ready.
